Our Better Health

Our lives are often filled with challenges, which can sometimes make it very difficult to be positive. However, I know that choosing to be positive has helped me turn my life around and become a better me.

I find myself seeing the positive much more than the negative, which is a vast contrast from my earlier years! But don’t be fooled into thinking it’s easy-peasy, because it’s not.

Here are nine steps I’ve taken that have helped me see the positive more than the negative in life:

1. Say affirmations every day until they sink in and resonate within every cell of your being.
