Over the past 25 years I have been involved in various complex change programs for companies in all kinds of markets and circumstances. But in the past years I have seen the world of Business Transformation, Program and Project Management change substantially. Those of us who are leading complex transformations know what I am talking about. Organizations are confronted with new technologies, new products, and new market conditions that force them to re-invent the way they deal with change and roll out change initiatives.
