There is something to be said when you find what works and when duplicated it produces the same successful result, that you should not to mess with it. It may be a system that you have come up with to accomplish your goals or daily tasks.

Or at work, good example would be customer service.  If you have happy, satisfied customers you must be doing something right, figure out what it is you are doing to make your customers happy and continue it.

Remember that people are creatures of habit and do not take to change lightly. If you have found what works with your customers, you may not want to change it.  That does not mean that you cannot try to improve on your service.
