When I took my parents to Kasi, Gaya about 10 years back, I was not allowed to go the akshaya vadam by the sastrigal as this place is not for others who do not do shraardham  etc. So I was waiting in Vishnu Padham temple for my parents to return. At that time, someone was telling me about this slokas and how moving it would be for those who do shraardham there. I never knew what those verses are. Today I got this in one of the groups.
