This time of year can cause more stress for many of us. With approaching Holidays we may be taking on more than we actually have time to complete. It is hard to balance, work, family and a big Holiday Season.
I have heard people actually stating that they cannot wait until the Holidays are over so they can get back to normal life, and the Holidays are not even here yet.
Often people will physically become sick because of the added stress of getting extra things done on time. It is hard to add so much to our plates when we have to continue to work our regular schedule too.
