Whenever you have thoughts of failure or lack of achievement, stop.

Instead of entertaining negative thoughts think about all of the things you have accomplished so far.

Give yourself a pat on the back and say out loud, “I am awesome and I will move forward on my journey.”

Then take a few minutes to plan your next step (no matter how big or small it is) and then take it.

You are stronger than you think!
