Practical Practice Management

Starting each day with a positive outlook would be wonderful, but it is not always easy to do. In fact, when things are not going well in our life we can have a very difficult time being positive.

If we think about it our minds are very powerful and we can make choices that will help us to become more positive during difficult times.

The trick is to remember to do them. These three actions below, as simple as they are, can be real game changers during tough times. How do I know? I practice them myself.

  1. Change your focus.
