It is so easy to get off track.  One minute we are telling ourselves how thankful and blessed we are and then our mind thinks of something and we immediately head down the road of negative thoughts.

It is a battle one that we must keep our shield up and ready to conquer at a moment’s notice.  But we must remember the more we train our mind the easier the battle does get.  Remember dwell on good things 🙂
